Nabali is the indigenous olive tree of Palestine. It predominates in the western region and yields a medium to light olive oil with a fruity flavor.

Based in Jenin, Palestine, Canaan Fair Trade olive oil is produced by over 1,700 small farmers organized in informal cooperatives and represented by the Palestine Fair Trade Association (PFTA). $1 from the sale of each tin goes to Canaan Fair Trade's Trees for Life program, which gives Palestinian farmers olive tree seedlings in an effort to offset the enormous destruction of trees by the Israeli occupation forces. USDA certified organic and fair trade certified by the Fair Trade Federation.
